A Saudi Government entity which is working on a large scale environmental project. This entity aims to attain the 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia wherein the country is closer to contributing towards a greener and sustainable planet. The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders.


  • Develop and implement effective budgeting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with governmental regulations and organizational goals.
  • Oversee the preparation, review, and analysis of annual and multi-year budget plans for various government departments and programs.
  • Coordinate with department heads and key stakeholders to gather financial information, assess funding needs, and align budgetary priorities.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment to identify potential cost-saving opportunities, revenue enhancement strategies, and budgetary constraints.
  • Monitor budget execution and provide regular reports on financial performance, variances, and trends to management and relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders, such as government agencies, auditors, and financial institutions, to address budget-related inquiries, provide required information, and facilitate audits.

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in governmental budgeting procedures and structure, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budget planning, and forecasting techniques.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations
  • Familiarity with governmental financial regulations, accounting principles, and auditing standards.
