Job Purpose
Prepare monthly management reports and analysis, including financial statement consolidation of group. Ensure the accuracy of financial data and reports. Support in Budgeting and forecasts. Lead finance systems improvement and development. Manage banking covenant compliance reporting. Coordination with group external and internal auditors.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monthly management reporting consolidation and preparation of reporting pack. Including financial statement review and analysis of variances.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures vs Budget and Prior years.
- Control and administer the group reporting and consolidation application and administer the financial dashboards.
- Prepare Group statutory consolidation financials and Liaise with External auditors.
- Perform reconciliation exercise on a monthly and annual basis to ensure completeness of reporting data.
- Monitor the correct execution of group financial structure. (Chart of Account, GL Dimensions, etc.)

- Corporate and group shared payroll cost analysis, and monthly allocation of corporate and shared cost over business units/plants.
- Banking covenant compliance reporting & liaise with bank auditors.
- Assist in group budgeting exercise: update budgeting calendar, liaison with BU. finance teams, collecting budgetary information and prepare group consolidated budgets.
- Assist in creating midterm forecast models.
- Support and drive finance development and improvement projects.
- Assist in ad hoc analytical and reporting requirement from GFC & CFO.
- Bachelor's Degree in finance & Accounting.
- Chartered Accounting or Management accounting certifications. (CA, ACCA, ACMA, CMA or equivalent)
- 5 years of accounting & reporting experience in mid to large size organization. (Including minimum 3 years in group consolidation and management reporting is mandatory)
- Excellent data analytics skills.
- Manufacturing experience essential
- It is necessary that the candidate have experience in reporting using consolidation systems like Hyperion, Tagetik, AARO or similar software
