A Saudi Government entity which is working on a large scale environmental project. This entity aims to attain the 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia wherein the country is closer to contributing towards a greener and sustainable planet. The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders.


  • Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies to optimize cost-efficiency and quality of goods and services.
  • Lead and manage the procurement team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure efficient operations and a high level of performance.
  • Oversee the entire procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and supplier management.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as finance, operations, and legal, to understand business requirements and align procurement activities with organizational goals.
  • Continuously monitor market trends, industry developments, and supplier performance to identify potential risks, opportunities, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain high standards of quality, delivery, and service.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, ethical standards, and company policies throughout the procurement process.




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a track record of delivering measurable results.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong background in procurement and a keen eye for identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and supplier management techniques.
