Job vacancy Logistics Supervisor

The client is a multidisciplinary hospital and healthcare service provider that operates a network of hospitals and speciality clinics across the western region of Saudi Arabia.

• Direct and coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient product distribution.
• Initiated meetings with the wider logistics team continuously enhance operations and the work environment inside the warehouses.
• Provide detailed guidance on the type of pallets required and optimal distribution of items within vehicles to facilitate punctual and efficient offloading procedures during shipments.
• Supervise inventory management and order fulfilment processes for all warehouses.
• Manage Warehouse Management System (WMS) by selecting the right service providers to enhance the put-away and picking practices.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline supply chain processes and improve efficiency.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coordinating warehousing/logistics operations.
• Experience in managing Cold Chain logistics activity (Dry, Chilled, and Frozen goods).
• Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Medical Equipment vertical experience.
