The client is one of the largest transportation company in the Middle East, owning more than 6000 buses, plays a pivotal role in facilitating the movement of people across the region. They are instrumental in providing essential services that connect communities, businesses, and individuals, enabling them to access education, employment, healthcare, leisure, and other vital services.

The role also entails negotiating contracts with suppliers and leasing companies, implementing preventive maintenance programs to optimise cost-effectiveness, identifying opportunities for cost-saving and process improvements, and collaborating closely with leasing partners to ensure compliance and operational efficiency throughout the fleet management process.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field, with preference given to those with advanced degrees. They must have a minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in fleet management or transportation, coupled with comprehensive expertise in bus fleet operations, maintenance, and leasing.
