Key Responsibilities:

• Partnership Development: Cultivate partnerships with governing bodies, NGOs, businesses, and other stakeholders to advance the mission
• Joint Ventures: Collaborate with partners to develop initiatives.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive collaboration and collective impact.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a partnership strategy aligned with organisational goals.
• Target Setting & Monitoring: Establish measurable targets and track progress towards strategic objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in partnership development and relationship management.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to finalise Joint Venture agreements
• Fluency in English required; Arabic proficiency desirable.
