Job vacancy Associate Director - Projects - KSA

This is a unique opportunity to join an organisation who is involved in one of the biggest real estate developments in the KSA Region. One of the giga-projects in Saudi Arabia focusing on hospitality development and increasing the countries future tourism.

As an Associate Director - Projects you will:* Define development phases as a road map for the contractors to lead them through the projects in order to ensure that projects are managed time-efficiently and cost-effectively. * Manage Senior Projects Managers and provide guidance and feedback to ensure that the project implementation is progressing as per plan and the development and engineering aspects comply with clients requirements. * Manage contractors and consultants through monitoring and controlling projects against budgeted costs, quality and timelines in order to ensure that the project specifications are aligned with tender documents.

An ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or any related construction field with a minimum of 18 years of experience in a similar position out of which the last 4 years in a lead role having delivered a project.

Previous experience with a hospitality project is a must.

Contractor experience a huge positive.
