My client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Head of Business Intelligence to join their team.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive BI strategy aligned with the goals and priorities of [Client's Organization], ensuring that BI initiatives drive efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation in public service delivery.
• Lead a multidisciplinary BI team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Oversee the collection, integration, and management of data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Drive the development of advanced analytics models, reporting tools, and data visualizations to extract actionable insights and facilitate evidence-based decision-making across all levels of the organization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from different departments, including but not limited to finance, human resources, planning, and operations, to understand their BI needs and priorities and deliver tailored solutions.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7 years) in a senior leadership role in business intelligence, data analytics, or related areas, preferably within the public sector or government agencies.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing multidisciplinary teams, fostering collaboration, and driving performance excellence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
