A Saudi Government entity which is working on a large scale environmental project. This entity aims to attain the 2030 vision of Saudi Arabia wherein the country is closer to contributing towards a greener and sustainable planet. The organization is planning and implementing effective programs with best global experts on coral reefs and turtle to train the local talent. Furthermore, the entity aims to promote innovation in environmental conservation by driving research, community engagement, strategic partnerships and effective coordination with other stakeholders.


  • Conduct market research, identify potential suppliers, solicit bids, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts to obtain the best value for the organization.
  • Conduct supplier performance reviews, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships to achieve favourable terms and pricing.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce procurement costs while maintaining quality standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations, finance, and legal teams, to ensure alignment of procurement activities with business needs.
  • Provide procurement expertise and guidance to support project teams and other departments.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance procurement processes, policies, and systems to drive efficiency, streamline operations, and support scalability. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to improve procurement effectiveness.




  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving favourable outcomes in supplier negotiations.
  • In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in using procurement software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
