Financial Data Analysis:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and consolidate financial information for analysis.
• Utilize data mining techniques to extract relevant insights for strategic decision-making.
• Understand the Manufacturing process analyse key trends on wastages and variances

KPI Development:

• Work closely with stakeholders to identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives.
• Design and implement measurement frameworks to track and report on financial performance metrics.
• Regularly assess and refine KPIs to ensure relevance and alignment with organizational goals.

Dashboard Creation:

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly dashboards to present complex financial data in a comprehensible manner.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate data sources and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of dashboard information.
• Provide training and support to end-users for effective utilization of dashboards.

Business Process Optimization:

• Evaluate existing business processes related to finance and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement process enhancements to streamline financial workflows.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate technology solutions that enhance financial processes.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to communicate financial insights to management.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to assess the impact of various financial strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance analytical capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance.
• Strong background in finance, accounting, and manufacturing process or related field.
• Proven experience in data mining, analysis, and interpretation.
• Familiarity with IT systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with IT professionals.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for data analysis and visualization - experience with INFOR would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex financial information to diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software (specially Infor).
• Experience of manufacturing process an develop key Performance indicators
• Familiarity with business intelligence tools and databases.
