Job vacancy Transformation Advisor : Delivery Role : Support Services

This is a government organisation with an important remit, which positively impacts the lives of Abu Dhabi citizens.

• Work with multiple divisions and stakeholders to enhance the company-wide transformation strategy and ensure the plan is consistently reviewed and improved where necessary.
• Lead the transformation agenda through ongoing direction and consultation with key personnel at all levels.
• Manage the communication planning and delivery of the transformation agenda, to ensure transparency and frequency of updates are maintained throughout the different stakeholder groups (internally and externally).
• Utilise your knowledge and experience of best practice for divisions including HR, Finance and IT to help with recommendations for enhancements and optimisation.

• Significant transformation implementation / execution experience with complex organisations
• Understanding of corporate support functions including HR, Finance and IT
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with proven track record in positively influencing executive leaders.
