  • Implementation of purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
  • Directing and coordinating personnel engaged in material procurement, distribution, and sales activities.
  • Monitoring supply and demand changes, market conditions, and price trends.
  • Preparation of reports on market conditions and merchandise costs.
  • Resolution of vendor grievances, review of purchase orders, and contract compliance with company policy.

  • Understanding of business and management principles for strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership.
  • Ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams effectively, selecting the right individuals for tasks.
  • Proficiency in negotiation skills for successful business transactions.
  • Knowledge of raw materials within the refractory industry.
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and the ability to assess costs and benefits for decision-making.
  • Utilisation of logic and reasoning to evaluate alternative solutions and approaches to problems.



    • Experience:

    • 7-10 years of relevant industry experience.
