The service of Panasonic a/c is very bad and they are not supportive at all.

Actually the A/c was purchased in Sept 2014 (just 6 months old) and my complaint of non-cooling was not addressed properly (even after sending e-mail to omasco HO). It was very difficult to get the service phone line and after trying for one full afternoon i could able to get them next day morning.

I had requested for an emergency service of my A/c clearly explaining about the issues in getting the phone line and the need to attend on priority, as there was a function at my house. But the service people did not listen to my requests and said very casually "summer has started we have shortage of technicians and it will be done".

Very Very bad experience and the way they treated is not acceptable at all. Finally, I had to repair it from outside technician by paying for the repair.
