Reviews of Modern Oman Bakery - Muscat

I placed an order for the Fruits and Flakes cake at Modern Oman Bakery in Ruwi. However, I am extremely disappointed to inform you that the cake was spoiled and appeared stale upon delivery. When we contacted their customer service number, we spoke to a person who refused to disclose their name and proved to be quite arrogant in their response. They mentioned that Modern Bakery is not responsible for the quality of their products after delivery and that any issues should be addressed to Talabat.

I am very concerned about the type of response such behavior reflects, as it tarnishes the reputation of Muscat Oman bakery. It is unacceptable to receive such poor customer service and stale products, which can lead to health hazards.
