Job vacancy Protocol Manager - UAE National

A top-tier entity in Abu Dhabi focused on upstream infrastructure initiatives within the region.

• Develop and implement policies, guidelines and standard operating procedures related to official protocols
• Ensure compliance with national and international protocol standards, customs and traditions
• Plan and coordinate official visits, meetings, ceremonies, state visits, and conferences involving foreign dignitaries, diplomats, and international organisations
• Ensure adherence to proper diplomatic etiquette and protocol standards during interactions with foreign representatives
• Liaise with government agencies, embassies, and consulates to facilitate diplomatic engagements and protocol arrangements
• Provide protocol support and logistical assistance to high-ranking government officials, including heads of state, ministers, and ambassadors, during official engagements and travels

• UAE National with Family Book
• Bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, public administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 6+ years working in protocol management, diplomatic services, government, or international relations
• Strong understanding of diplomatic protocol, etiquette, and international customs
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-profile events simultaneously
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Flexibility to work irregular hours and travel as required
