• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations and application training to potential customers.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments and new products in the market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and leads.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients.
• Work collaboratively with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and update customer database with accurate and current information.

• Proven track record in sales and application training in the ophthalmology product line and projects with ophthalmology.
• Strong customer database in UAE.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Ability to understand and explain technical information to customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Arabic is preferred.
