  • Oversee all aspects of service delivery operations, including roster management, scheduling, incident handling, and critical incident response procedures.
  • Manage vendor relationships, define SLAs, and monitor and report on the performance of the service delivery team, ensuring continuous improvement and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to streamline processes, automate tasks, and enhance knowledge retention within the team.
  • Foster effective communication across the organisation, manage vendor relationships, and collaborate with IT peers to build service delivery capabilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). ITIL v4 is preferred.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of pure service delivery experience.
  • Experience in network engineering, service-oriented environments, and large multinational corporations is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of IT service delivery, service management, IT operations, and infrastructure. Experience with transformation initiatives and emerging technologies is a plus. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • Experience of working in a diversified business and based in the UAE.
