Leading player in the refractories industry, specialising in providing high-quality solutions to the steel sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth serving the iron and steel industr
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve both individual and collective sales goals
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring customer satisfaction
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product development and improvement
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales collateral, and other materials to support sales efforts
Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, including sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective action as needed
Provide regular reports and updates to the executive team on sales performance, market trends, and opportunities
Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products and services and expand the network
Stay informed about industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in sales and business development.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the refractories industry.
- Good network with the steel plants across the Middle East region
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive market environment.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, fostering relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving continuous improvement.
- Ability to travel within the Middle East region and other locations as needed.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
