Job vacancy Training Manager - Watch & Jewellery Global Maison

One of the largest maisons in the luxury Watch & Jewellery industry part of a large conglomerate.

Reporting to the General Manager, this person is responsible for;

• Developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Designing and delivering engaging training programs, workshops, and learning resources.
• Evaluating training effectiveness and continuously improve learning initiatives.
• Managing relationships with external training vendors and consultants

To apply for the role, it is necessary to have the following experience;

• Atleast 5 years in a training role within the luxury industry, ideally atleast 3 years in Watch & Jewellery.
• Ability to build strategic training programmes and strong communication skills to execute training programmes.
• High level of attention to detail, given the maison's positioning in the market.
• Willing to travel across MEA.
