Review The management should do something with this!

All the staff who supposed to picked up our ready box cargo are somewhat lazy.. for so many times we called them they just told us that ok we will come and pick it up but days will pass still they didn’t come and showed up.. I understand that those guys have so many cargo to picked up but the problem is why they need to compromised with us and yet they cannot do it by the time they said so.. no offense meant.. i hope the management will do something about it!
