About the product
It is the modern & sturdier form of ceramic tile. Composed of fine porcelain clays and fired at notched-up temperatures as well under extremely high pressures than its ceramic cousins. This makes Porcelain Tiles denser, harder, less moisture-prone, minimal porosity & stain-absorption and highly resistant to moisture, stains, bacteria, odours; and thus more fit for outdoor as well as indoor applications. These tougher traits also make Porcelain Tiles harder to cut-through due to much higher density & hardness, than ceramic tiles. Produced in both glazed & through-body forms, it has a wide range of installation-preferences. Owing to its less porous and less prone to cracking, it is also made to resemble stone.
