Our client is a private equity firm headquartered in Dubai, renowned for their adeptness in navigating global markets. With a stellar track record of success, they specialize in recognizing investment opportunities globally. Presently, they are actively recruiting for various positions across their real estate investments team, aiming to enlist dynamic and experienced individuals to join and bolster their ongoing growth and achievements.

The role will be reporting to the Head of International Real Estate Investments and will be responsible for the following:

• Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
• Evaluating and underwriting potential real estate investments, including financial modelling and risk assessment.
• Negotiating and structuring deals
• Collaborating with internal teams to develop investment strategies and objectives
• Monitoring and managing existing real estate assets to optimize performance and returns
• Keeping abreast of market trends, regulations, and industry developments

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, MBA) would be advantageous.
• 4-11 years of experience of US real estate investment analysis and transactions
• Knowledge of both USA real estate markets is highly desirable
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Proven track record of successfully closing real estate investment deals.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
