We are currently in search of a highly skilled and motivated Senior Office Administrator to play a pivotal role in maintaining the smooth and efficient functioning of this distinguished establishment.


  • Team Leadership:
    • Supervise and lead a team of administrative staff, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
    • Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment to ensure optimal productivity.
  • Policy and Procedure Development:
    • Develop and implement effective administrative policies, procedures, and systems to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
    • Regularly review and update policies to align with organisational goals and industry best practices.
  • Collaboration with Department Heads:
    • Work closely with department heads to understand their administrative needs and provide necessary support to ensure effective work-flow.
    • Facilitate communication and coordination between departments to enhance overall organisational efficiency.
  • Record Management:
    • Oversee the management of employee records, including attendance, leaves, and performance evaluations.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements regarding record-keeping.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:
    • Coordinate and organise meetings, conferences, and company events, including logistics, scheduling, and catering arrangements.
    • Ensure smooth execution of events, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Reporting and Correspondence:
    • Prepare accurate and timely reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
    • Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism in all communications.
  • Confidentiality Management:
    • Handle confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance overall administrative effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Facilities Management:
    • Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, repairs, and supply procurement to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable work environment.
  • Vendor and Client Interaction:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for external vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and managing relationships.
    • Manage parking services with the building management
  • Financial Oversight:
    • Review and approve all vendor invoices and partner's expenses.
  • All-Staff Meetings:
    • Plan, organise, and run All-Staff meetings to ensure effective communication and engagement among employees.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 5 years of experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Applicants having a previous experience within a consultancy firm would be a priority
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
