• Proven experience managing large-scale landscape projects.
• Knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape design/delivery.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and work within a team.
• Assist in Developing and implementing landscape policies and procedures of the landscape department to ensure efficient and safe operation.
  
• Responsible for the management and coordination of all Landscaping services (Soft & Hard) contractors working under specific projects.
  

The successful candidate for this position will have a Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture, horticulture or a related field. With 15+ years of experience and a proven track record in delivering large master plans. They will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of horticulture, and a keen eye for design, ensuring the aesthetic and functional excellence of outdoor spaces.
