Job vacancy Group Director - Financial Product Development - Jordan

Our client is a global provider of compliance and payment solutions for the financial services sector.

• Develop individual product vision and strategy whilst continuously aligning with overall business strategic objectives
• Oversee entire product development lifecycle, including leveraging emerging technologies such as AI to improve operations and overcome pain points
• Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to better understand market risks and develop partnerships to provide truly innovative products
• Make recommendations based on emerging trends, regulatory requirements and keep up to date with international best practices in the financial technology space
• Develop go to market strategies for products, liaising with internal teams on positioning and messaging

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (MBA preferred)
• At least 10-15 years experience in the financial technology product management space in areas such as compliance, financial crime solutions and payment systems.
• Excellent leaderships skills with demonstrable experience of managing successful teams
• Possess a strategic mindset, with the ability to interpret the latest market trends and turn these insights into product strategies and implement them
• Experience managing a number of projects with competing deadlines and priorities, ensuring products are delivered on time and in budget
