Job vacancy Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement

Our client is a leading development entity in the region responsible for some of the major landmarks in the UAE

• Embed continuous improvement tools & techniques within departments ensuring alignment with organisational policies, processes and procedures
• Lead the Lean Six Sigma (LSS) program, including planning training sessions and facilitating project identification across the group
• Manage the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) program by identifying opportunities, assessing feasibility, overseeing procurement tasks and monitoring benefit realisation
• Lead process documentation efforts, ensuring standardisation across the business
• Partner with departments at all levels to address process challenges collaboratively
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate program performance updates regularly

• A bachelors degree in a relevant field, alongside a LSS Master Black Belt certification with a strong understanding of business process improvement methodologies
• Over 12 years minimum experience driving continuous improvement projects and implementing transformative technologies
• Experience managing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and other automation platforms. Proficiency in statistical applications for data interpretation a significant plus
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership and change management skills
