  • Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive IAM program aligned with Microsoft Azure Active Directory and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of access controls, ensuring least privilege access and adherence to defined IAM policies.
  • Lead a team of IAM specialists in identifying and mitigating potential identity-related vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Develop and manage user access provisioning and deprovisioning processes, streamlining workflows and eliminating manual tasks.
  • Collaborate with IT operations, security, and business stakeholders to ensure IAM strategies align with organisational needs and compliance requirements.
  • Continuously monitor and analyse IAM program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic optimisation.
  • Foster a culture of security awareness within the organisation, promoting responsible access practices and user education.

  • Minimum of 10-12 years of overall IAM experience. Experience working with international public sector is mandatory. Additional experience of working with recognised consulting firms and/or working within large, complex businesses, leading multiple engagements would be preferred.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge and demonstrably successful experience with Microsoft IAM solutions, including Azure AD, Azure AD Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Azure AD Identity Protection.
  • Experience running Privileges Access Management (PAM) solutions and implementing robust access control policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of identity governance principles, security frameworks, and compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven leadership ability to motivate and mentor a team of IAM specialists.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
