Job vacancy Marketing Manager - Online Booking Platform

An early stage start-up with big ambitions to disrupt, organise and legitimise a $144 Billion industry. This web-based platform will service a user base that is growing exponentially, enabling them to connect with an emerging industry at the forefront of comprehensive human wellness.

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy aligned with the overall business goals
• Set the strategy, manage the budget and oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing and Email Marketing
• Conduct analysis and report on the ROI and impact of digital marketing initiatives
• Develop basic CRM strategy, conducting user research and identifying customer segments
• Oversee the creation of engaging blogs, articles and online content to educate the market about the platform, setting the stage for product launch
• Manage and grow social media presence, collaborating with external organisations and influencers where needed to expand reach and credibility
• Collaborate with the founders on brand strategy, website content and tone of voice
• Plan and execute events that market the platform such as workshops, webinars and community events

• 5+ years of experience
• Proven track record in a strategic marketing role within a consumer facing online platform
• Digital first mindset with strong experience in optimising ROI from digital marketing channels
• Ability to multitask, build from the ground up and grow an audience/user base from scratch
• Experience in a start-up environment is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Candidates with prior experience within health-tech or booking platforms will have a strong advantage
