The Human Resources Manager will manage an employee size of 100+ across the EMEA region with a regional head office in Dubai, this will offer a wide scope opportunity for an individual looking to grow with a multinational company.


Oversees the daily work flow of the department acting as its support system, carries out the following:

  • On a strategic level, Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures and improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
  • Oversees the talent pool process to empower the existing workforce and work on succession plans across the divisions
  • Develop learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
  • Day to day work flow
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and issues.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures and improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company.
  • Is responsible for the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Analyses trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organisation attracts and retains top talent.
  • Develop learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
  • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and issues in accordance with company policy and maintains records.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.

The Successful candidate will have/be:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.
  • Strong understanding of Labor related laws and statutes.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
  • Attention to detail



PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • HR Degree desirable
  • HR Management
  • Strong background in a Strategic HR Management position/ Senior HR Business partnering role
  • Should be proficient in using MS Office, Excel and data related tools
  • Knowledge of establishing HR ranking system, regional experience in the Middle East and Africa, and knowledge on various HR applications will be preferable.
Salary
AED30,000 - AED35,000 per month (AED360,000 - AED420,000 per year) (AED)
