• Identify and evaluate potential brand partnership opportunities aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
• Establish and nurture relationships with potential brand partners, influencers, and key industry stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand the brand's values and ensure alignment with potential partners.
• Lead negotiations with potential partners to achieve favorable terms and agreements.
• Close partnership deals and ensure that contractual agreements are executed effectively.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in business development, with a focus on brand partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent project management abilities.
• Familiarity with the industry and understanding of current market trends.
